What shipping service do you use?
Express delivery – Depends on the country, but the delivery time for most countries is approximately 3 - 5 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
Standard shipping – Delivery time for EU countries is approximately 5 - 7 business days and for countries outside the EU approximately 10 business days.
Proposal templates will be sent to the provided e-mail address as soon as the payment is made. Access information for the online self-assessment tool is sent to the provided e-mail address within 24 hours of making the purchase.
(How) Can we get a discount?
We believe the prices are more than fair. Value for money is exceptional. In fact, we are so confident about our tools that we offer money back guarantee.
However, we do offer 20% discount for startups younger than 3 years, because we want to give them a fair opportunity to win funding. To receive the discount code, send as a link or scan which proves the age of your company at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can we get an invoice?
Of course - we issue an invoice for every order. You will either receive it together with your manual or by e-mail.
What payment methods do you accept?
We want to make purchasing as convenient as possible, and offer several different payment methods:
- credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, JCB, Discover)
- bank deposit (you will receive all the necessary instructions after placing the order)
Return and refund policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Replika PRO d.o.o., Cesta na Brdo 28, Ljubljana SI 1000.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Replika PRO d.o.o., Cesta na Brdo 28, Ljubljana SI 1000.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
